Beth is an associate in the Austin office and currently focuses her practice on Title IX litigation. Prior to joining Thompson & Horton, she worked in the University of Texas at Austin Office for Inclusion and Equity, as a resource for matters related to Title VI, VII, and IX, equal opportunity, nondiscrimination, whistleblowing, anti-harassment, retaliation, and other civil rights policies and legislation. Her experience also includes investigations related to allegations of discrimination and harassment as well as policy development and the creation of Affirmative Action Plans.
