Chris Plummer is an associate in the Austin office of Thompson & Horton LLP specializing in transactional law. Mr. Plummer represents universities, colleges, and school districts in real estate acquisitions, condemnations, dispositions, development, and construction. He advises clients in general commercial transactions including procurements, licensing and technology transactions, and employment agreements. He also advises governmental entities on regulatory matters, such as bidding, statutory authority, open meetings, and governance issues.

Prior to joining Thompson Horton, Mr. Plummer practiced business and administrative law representing heavily regulated companies. He has had the pleasure of helping businesses grow through mergers and acquisitions, significant real estate transactions, and business structuring. He has also advised businesses on complex commercial transactions and technology licensing, executive compensation and employment issues, and the protection of intellectual property. Mr. Plummer has had substantial experience representing and advising Medicaid healthcare operations in complex transactions, litigation, and administrative regulatory disputes with the State of Texas.
